What You'll Do
- Evangelize AI transformation: Identify and engage prospects who are ready to revolutionize their operations with custom AI solutions
- Consultative selling: Conduct discovery calls to understand complex business challenges and position our AI capabilities as strategic solutions
- Lead technical demonstrations: Present our AI systems, chatbots, and integration capabilities to C-level executives and technical teams
- Manage the entire sales cycle: From initial prospecting through contract negotiation and closing deals worth $25K-$500K+
- Build strategic partnerships: Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
- Market intelligence: Stay ahead of AI trends and competitor landscape to position G-Square.AI as the premier choice
- Collaborate with our technical team: Work closely with AI engineers to ensure seamless project scoping and delivery
What We're Looking For
- Proven B2B sales success: 3+ years of consultative sales experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, or professional services
- Tech-savvy communicator: Ability to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Relationship builder: Natural ability to build trust and rapport with senior executives and decision-makers
- Results-driven: Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas (proven sales experience expected)
- Entrepreneurial mindset: Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment where you'll help shape our sales process
- AI curiosity: Genuine interest in artificial intelligence and its business applications (we'll teach you the technical details)
- Communication excellence: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- CRM proficiency: Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
